As a Credit Controller in the Medical Software Industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success of a cutting-edge company.Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debts
Implement credit control procedures and policies in accordance with industry regulations
Review and analyze customer credit profiles and assess creditworthiness
Collaborate with senior management, sales teams, and customers to resolve any credit-related issues
Prepare and distribute reports on credit control activities and aging debtors
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt payment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and credit files
Identify and escalate any high-risk accounts or potential credit risks
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

Proven experience as a Credit Controller within the Medical Software Industry
Strong knowledge of credit control practices, procedures, and regulations
Excellent understanding of software billing systems and financial software
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
