- Lead cross-divisional marketing functions and provide strategic insight to senior management
- Drive corporate brand culture and internal marketing initiatives
- Oversee PR, media relations, and all external communications
- Develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns
- Manage creative content development across multiple channels
- Lead digital marketing activities including web, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
- Manage broker engagement strategies across regions
- Lead a marketing team including graphic design and events management professionals
- Oversee external agencies and marketing partnerships
- Execute comprehensive events calendar for maximum brand exposure
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Manage both internal and external events in collaboration with various teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (highly advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in corporate or agency environment
- Proven track record as a marketing professional with solid understanding of marketing principles
- Financial Services Industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of marketing tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, WordPress)
- Strong digital marketing capabilities
