Key Performance Areas include: • Completing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports • Keeping records and general administration for both Despatch and Fleet • Route planning and Management of all Collections and Deliveries • To ensure that all POD documentation is accounted for and completed as per business requirements • Ensure proper timekeeping of all operational staff is done daily • All operational incidents and accidents to be investigated and as well as proper route course corrective actions implemented • Follow standard operating procedures and safe working practices • Tracking of vehicles and on route follow up and escalating of issues on the route • Perform any other reasonable admin duties • Monitor and report work performance of staff in the designated area • Capturing and reporting of fuel usage and fines are done on a daily basis and completed timeously.
