  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through trust-based relationships
  • Conduct detailed financial assessments, including budgeting, retirement planning, investments, insurance, tax planning, and estate considerations
  • Create and deliver tailored financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances
  • Educate clients about financial products, tools, and services in a transparent and compliant manner
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing advice in response to market changes or life events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment, tax, legal) to provide holistic client solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance with financial advisory standards
  • Stay up to date on financial markets, products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
QualificationsRequired:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or Series 7/66)
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, insurance, retirement planning, and tax optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-first mindset and high ethical standards
