Engineering equipment is maintained according to agreed standards and schedules
Record Keeping issuing, test and certificates
System implementing
Engineering equipment is repaired according to agreed standards and schedules
Compliance with SHEQ, M&RC and client standards, policies and procedures
Cost containment
Competent, motivated and positive team
Stakeholder engagement
Effective self-management and alignment with M&RC values and leadership initiativesMinimum requirements:Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent
Section 26 Rigger/Ropes man Trade Certificate / MIETTB Trade Certificate through a registered body
Valid Code EB driver’s license
Valid 1st aid certificate
Analytical and attentive to detail
Team leadership and management skills
Sound listening and communication skills
Self-motivated self-starter with high levels of initiative
Able to make decisions within agreed parameters
Sound learning agility and able to adapt to new technologies
Job planning skills
