General Manager - Citrus and Packhouse Operations - KZN

• Oversee citrus production and post-harvest packhouse operations from start to finish
• Create and carry out operational, financial, and strategic strategies in line with corporate goals
• Ensure adherence to labour, export, and food safety laws; manage production scheduling, seasonal labour, and packhouse performance indicators
• Organize supply chain, logistics, and export procedures for domestic and foreign markets
• Communicate with designated marketers to optimize sustainable returns in domestic and international markets
• Oversee and report on financial targets, forecasts, and budgets; promote workforce development, sustainability leadership, and continuous improvement
• Lead and complete infrastructure development and expansion projects.
