Job Summary Position: Senior Investment Analyst (CFA Level I Minimum)Location: Rivonia, JHB, GPThe Senior Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, risk management, and market research.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on potential investment opportunities, including company financials, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors
Develop financial models and valuations to assess the potential return and risk of investments
Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks
Prepare investment recommendations and present findings to senior management
Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to execute investment strategies
Stay current on market developments and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions
Mentor junior analysts and guide research methodologies and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
CFA Level I minimum, progress towards CFA Level II preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of investment principles, asset classes, and market dynamics
