About the Role As a Dialer Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the dialer systems that support our contact Centre operations. You will ensure the efficiency and functionality of our dialer platforms while supporting campaign effectiveness and system reliability. Key Responsibilities • Administer and manage the daily operation of the dialer system. • Monitor, configure, and maintain dialer performance to meet business objectives. • Troubleshoot dialer and related telephony issues, ensuring minimal downtime. • Manage databases and ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements • Minimum 6 months' experience in a call Centre environment (technical or administrative). • Hands-on experience with dialer system.
