- Responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of all small, medium and large technology end user infrastructure projects and services within customer environments, in line with contractional compliance, governance frameworks and Project Management Office requirements.
- Manage communications and requests between Campus end-user and the Technology Infrastructure Implementations team that is responsible for the management and delivery of infrastructure implementation projects, IMACD's and Adhoc service requests. This will include hardware, software and mobile communications, i.e. 3G
- 5+ years practical project management or service management experience in a corporate environment
- 1-2 years of experience in vendor management
- 5 years experience in an corporate IT operational environment
- 3+ years practical project management experience in an Corporate IT infrastructure environment
- 3+ years experience in vendor management
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant qualification in Information Technology - Systems Engineering or Project Management
- A relevant degree in Information Technology or Project Management
- Client relationship management practices and principles
- Very good understanding of project management methodologies
