- Credentialing Process Management: Oversee the complete credentialing process from student registration to certificate delivery, ensuring alignment between 2U and UCT systems.
- Data Management and Reporting: Manage and audit Beginning of Course (BoC) and End of Course (EoC) reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to UCT. Track and quantify credentialing issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Student Verification Oversight: Monitor the student identity verification process using Jumio, address verification issues, and ensure compliance with verification protocols. Coordinate re-verification processes and troubleshoot verification failures.
- Red Flag Resolution: Manage and track "red flags" raised by UCT that may prevent certificate issuance. Develop and refine the red flag resolution process, ensuring timely resolution or enrollment adjustments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between 2U teams (Central Operations, Student Success Advisors, Credential Management) and UCT teams. Communicate effectively to address issues, clarify processes, and align expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the credentialing workflow, streamline procedures, and develop documentation/training materials.
- Documentation and Tracking: Maintain and update credentialing process documentation, including process guides and resolution workbooks. Ensure accurate tracking of issues and resolutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong data management abilities.
- Experience with student information systems or similar data management platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with identity verification processes (e.g., Jumio) is a plus.

- The need for coordination between 2U and UCT.
