- Lead and manage the operations team covering investment operations, client reporting, fee collection, and supplier management.
- Design and implement robust operational processes, controls, and workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Oversee trade lifecycle and settlement for equities, fixed income, derivatives (OTC & listed), FX, cash, and money market instruments.
- Manage new product implementation and ongoing governance across CIS, UCITS, Hedge Funds, PCCs, and segregated mandates.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and operational risk management in line with CISCA, Financial Markets Act, Pension Fund Act, and FAIS.
- Drive people development, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Honour’s degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in asset management operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of investment products, operational processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes for equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, cash, and money market products.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
