Job Summary We are looking for an experienced driver with a great attitude. We have a Nissan NP200 and a Hyundai Getz that is used. Sometimes it will also be required to drive customer vehicles. We fit tyres, and do vehicle repairs such as brakes, shocks, suspension and batteries. Experience with in tyre fitment and vehicle repairs will be a big advantage for the applicant. Duties include: Collect stock from suppliers. Collect and deliver customer vehicles. Pick up and drop off customers. Handling and Loading of stock. Other duties include: Housekeeping and cleaning in the workshop. Keeping the cars clean. Report any problems with the vehicles. Assist technicians with tyre fitments and vehicle repairs when there are no driving jobs. Ensuring vehicles checks are done. General ad hoc tasks. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's licence. Minimum 5 years driving experience. Speak fluent English. Matric (grade 12). Neat and tidy appearance. No criminal record. A positive can do attitude. Excellent customer Service Efficient and reliable Responsible - take ownership and care for company vehicle The remuneration is R 45 / hour, which works out to about R 10,000 per month including overtime before tax and deductions. A performance bonus, linked to branch targets, is possible and can be up to R 1,000 per month. Performance bonus is not guaranteed.
