Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.) (Some flexibility can be provided but strong overlap with U.S. business hours required)OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our digital presence across paid media, social channels, and web platforms. This role requires both creativity and analytical rigor, with a strong focus on patient acquisition and retention. You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign execution — from strategy and content planning to optimization and reporting — while ensuring compliance with medical/dental/dermatology marketing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all digital advertising campaigns: Google Ads (primary), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and potentially Pinterest or other platforms.Oversee social media content strategy and posting to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI for patient acquisition and retention.Maintain website and digital assets; ensure consistent branding and up-to-date content.Build and execute data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.Track, analyze, and report on ad performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.Hard Skills RequiredProven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Knowledge of social media strategy and scheduling tools.Strong background in analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization.Familiarity with SEO and website updates.Understanding of medical/dental/dermatology marketing compliance (preferred).Soft Skills RequiredCreative mindset paired with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.Results-oriented and adaptable to platform updates and industry changes.
