- Attending and updating Weekly production meetings
- Doing 5Y investigations on scrap produced (drive to reduce scrap)
- Managing tooling in machine shop (controlling cost)
- Controlling machine cutting Fluids (coolant)
- Matric certificate
- Production management diploma/qualification will be an advantage.
- Trade test (beneficial)
- Mastercam CAD CAM experience essential.
- Microsoft office essential
- Strong supervisory skills
- Must come from heavy engineering manufacturing background
