Marketing Manager (Crop Insurance) - Piet RetiefFull job descriptionTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Marketing Manager (Crop Insurance) within the Financial Services Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.Responsibilities and DutiesManage, direct, and monitor advisor’s activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximize performanceEffective liaison, support, and assistance within the divisionBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and insurers in the industrySet-up training programmes for junior brokersIdentify growth opportunities in marketRecruit, develop and retain skilled brokersMonitor crop administration teamAchieve target/budgetsResponsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetsMinimize risk of financial lossManage insurance data and reportingManage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers and suppliersMaintain accurate recordsContinual reporting to senior managementQualifications and SkillsMatric / Grade 12Relevant degree / qualification (preferably a BCom or Agricultural degree)Minimum of 10 years experienceCompleted Regulatory Examination RE1 and RE5 (Representatives Exam)Completed relevant class of business trainingAdvanced knowledge and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)Ability to work under pressure and multi-taskStrong administrative and reporting skillsDriver’s LicenceThe company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
