- External Sales - promoting and selling various HVAC related services and Installations (to various construction sites, Mechanical consultants, Developers, Architects).
- CRM to existing clients.
- Build own client own client database.
- Deliver exceptional sales knowledge and customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain GP on projects.
- Plan and manage projects on-site, including BOQs, materials, and team schedules.
- Oversee site meetings, instructions, and variation orders. Read, measure, and interpret building plans on-site and off.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and builders.
- Compile and submit O&M manuals and ensure as-built plans align with completed scopes.
- Stay informed on HVAC products and installation methods through supplier training.
- Prepare and submit various boqs/quotes before deadline.
- Education: Grade 12 minimum.
- trade-related qualifications in Sales,
- Project Management,
- or Mechanical Engineering are advantageous.
- Own Vehicle a must.
- At least 5 years in a Sales or Project Management role with strong HVAC knowledge.
- Advanced communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Hvac Sales: 5 years (Required)
