We’re hiring an SDR who’s hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This is a top-of-funnel role focused on researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision-makers. You’ll work directly with our sales team to identify key accounts, craft personalized outreach, and create the first impression of our agency for potential clients.This role is not about spamming a list—it’s about thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and smart communication. You’ll use a mix of tools (SalesLoft, LinkedIn, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.) to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and research ideal accounts based on ICP (industries, headcount, revenue, tech stack)Identify decision-makers and create accurate contact listsCraft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phoneBook qualified discovery calls for AEsMaintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoftWork with the sales team to test messaging, optimize targeting, and tighten feedback loopsTrack KPIs weekly (emails sent, open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, etc.)Stay sharp on industry trends, client case studies, and our core service offeringsRequirements1–3 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience is a plus)Strong written communication—must be able to personalize outreach and speak in our brand’s toneFamiliar with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfoComfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipelineGritty, curious, and coachable—you seek feedback and implement it fastConfident speaking with directors, marketing managers, and C-level execsBonus Points If YouUnderstand agency sales cycles or web design/developmentHave tested outbound strategies or written cadences beforeHave booked $50K+ project deals or enterprise retainersWhat You’ll GetBase + performance-based commissionHigh visibility with leadership and AE teamAccess to modern outbound tools and a sharp ICPFully remote work and a flexible scheduleThe chance to grow into AE or strategy roles as you prove results
