Conduct transaction reviews for quality control on data processing, ensuring every detail is in tune.

Clearances:

Clean ITC/Criminal Check

Experience:

5 years of call centre experience, where you've honed your listening skills.
2-3 years of Short-Term Insurance Quality Assurance experience, making you the maestro of our insurance melodies.
