
Sales Engineer

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar
- 25 years experience in technical sales, application engineering, or industrial automation
- Proven track record of building technical solutions and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sensors, RFID, PLCs, industrial networking, and automation systems
- Willingness to travel for client visits, site assessments, and trade events
- Develop and deliver tailored automation solutions for clients in automotive, logistics, and manufacturing
- Conduct on-site consultations, building strong technical-commercial partnerships
- Design and present customized systems using advanced automation technologies
- Prepare technical quotes, specifications, and proposals for clients
- Partner with the sales team to drive new business and expand market share
- Provide after-sales technical support and training to ensure client success
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
