The Dispatch Clerk will be responsible for dispatch documentation, coordination, and customer service at the point of goods collection or shipment.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare delivery notes and invoices.
  • Coordinate courier and customer collections.
  • Communicate delays and resolve dispatch issues.
  • Support packing and checking where needed.
  • Maintain the dispatch register and records.
