Permanent / MUST be able to commence work on the 01st September 2025Join a high-end hospitality group operating two exclusive wedding venues in the Cradle of Humankind. This hands-on role supports seamless kitchen and service operations by overseeing stock control across dry stores, cold rooms, and kitchens. With a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality sourcing, the position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality and service excellenceMinimum Requirements:
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience in hospitality/restaurant/catering stock control essential
Experience in ordering stock and finding best quality and price
Strong physical stamina (manual handling required)
Tech-savvy with issuing systems experience
Problem solver
Team playerDuties and Responsibilities:
Placing stock orders
Managing stock in dry stores, cold rooms, and kitchens
Transferring stock between two venues (3km apart)
Implementing issuing systems
Sourcing best prices and doing comparisons
Liaising with chefs to coordinate stock and pre-orders
