Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is ready to take ownership of the finance function in a growing, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance (essential)
- Completed Articles (SAICA/SAIPA)
- CA(SA) designation (essential)
- 3–5 years post-article experience, preferably within property, real estate, or related industries
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and IFRS expertise
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Full financial management of the property portfolios
- Preparation and review of monthly management reports and annual financial statements
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Oversee budgets, variance analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
