Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience.
  • Bookkeeping degree or relevant qualification.
  • Proficiency in Sage, Eworks Management System, Accountability, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions in general ledgers.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoices, receipts, payments).
  • Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Prepare financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports).
  • Issue invoices, process receipts, and maintain ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Assist with annual accounts and tax preparation.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide management reports.
  • Proficient use of accounting software and spreadsheets.
