- Contribute to sales strategy by aligning with company goals and market trends
- Execute strategic sales plans and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Manage CRM records accurately including opportunity tracking and sales forecasting
- Engage continuously with customers throughout sales cycles and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate with major Account Managers and attend sales meetings, training, and exhibitions
- Promote offerings and support technical proposal development
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain confidentiality
- Provide insightful feedback to the marketing department and complete customer satisfaction reports
- Manage demo and loan stock efficiently
- National Diploma in Engineering (preferred in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, or Industrial)
- 5+ years experience in the industrial automation or process control sector
- 2+ years of technical sales or business development experience in relevant sectors
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems for managing customer interactions
- BTech/BSc in Engineering or related field as a preferred qualification
- Knowledge in industrial automation solutions and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
