- Diploma or equivalent in bookkeeping or higher
- Full MS Office experience and literacy
- Bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliations (multiple entities)
- Cashbook (various entities)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel
- Good understanding of E-filing
- Cashbook reconciliations (includes journal entries and ledger accounts)
- Supplier reconciliations
- Provide weekly and monthly cash flows
- Providing profit margins (Bar-related)
- VAT prep and submissions
- Audit preparation
- Assisting with SARS queries
- Understanding and checking financial statements
- Balance sheet to trial balance
- Reconciliation of the Intercompany loan account
