You’ll lead the implementation, optimisation, and oversight of Kronos (Workforce Management System) across a national business. Your mission is to ensure the integrity of time and attendance data, provide accurate reporting, and deliver strategic insights that optimise workforce efficiency and cost control.What You’ll DoLead the administration and continuous improvement of Kronos systems and controlsDevelop and implement end-to-end time and attendance processesDeliver data analytics and reports to support business decision-makingEnsure system accuracy for payroll, workforce planning, and complianceDrive audits and provide guidance on process improvementsTroubleshoot system issues and escalate technical challengesTrain stakeholders and manage user access protocolsLead a small team and manage performance outputsCollaborate with finance, HR, and operational leadership on workforce efficiencyWhat You BringDiploma or Degree in Finance, IT, or a related field5+ years in a Kronos specialist role, including supervisory experienceProven expertise in managing time and attendance systemsStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent interpersonal, training, and communication skillsCritical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detailKnowledge of payroll operations and workforce costingPrivate healthcare industry exposure (advantageous)Kronos certification (advantageous)What Success Looks LikeStreamlined, accurate time and attendance processesReliable workforce data that drives cost and productivity insightsA proactive system-led culture across HR, payroll, and operationsConfident users, clean data, and optimised labour deployment
