  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience withing the Human Resource environment, minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience
  • Tertiary qualification (degree level) in Human Resources
  • Must have strong experience in IR and performance management systems
  • Self-started and thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and professionally assertive
  • Ability to communicate and manage HR/ IR day to day issues within the warehouse
  • Union/ Employee Representative interaction
  • Knowledge of the Motor Industry will be added advantage
  • Advanced Office / Excel / Power point/ SAGE 300 would be an added advantage
Salary Structure:
  • Basic salary Based on experience
