Our client, a well-established Audiology Group is seeking an innovative Chief Audiologist to lead their in-person Audiology Clinical practices based in Cape Town.If you're passionate about helping to transform the lives of people with hearing loss, this is your chance to lead our drive in South Africa into a new era in Audiology.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage Cape Town clinics (advice, consultation, fittings and after-sales) including online diagnostics, sales, and support for rural and urban clients.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive multi-channel sales, clinic walk-ins and e-commerce.
  • Tech Integration: Utilising our fast-developing multi-channel marketing and mobile platforms to reach more customers.
  • Launch Execution: This key position requires a high degree of autonomy.
  • General Management: Full profit centre responsibility.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' Audiology experience.
  • HPCSA-registered (valid and current certification).
  • Proven skills in hearing aid advice, consultation, fittings and after-sales care.
  • Strong sales track record.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, thrives with challenges, ready to lead this venture.
