This position will suit an innovative strategist, someone who enjoys R&D and who enjoys being part of the winning team.What you will be doing:
  • Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, making sure it fits with overall business goals and user needs.
  • Do market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities, trends, and what users need.
  • Get and analyse user feedback and data to understand user needs, pain points, and what they like.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritise product requirements and features.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive product development and launch.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing, sales, and support.
  • Keep an eye on product performance metrics to find areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Communicate well with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, customers, and partners.
What is needed:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • You've got proven experience in product management, ideally in the Consumer / B2C space.
  • You're familiar with conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • You're no stranger to gathering and analysing user feedback and data.
  • You've worked with engineering and design teams to develop and launch products before.
  • You know how to plan and execute product launches.
  • You're great at analysing data and using it to make product decisions.
  • You've worked with cross-functional teams and managed stakeholders at all levels.
  • You're able to think strategically and develop a clear product vision and roadmap.
  • You've got strong market research and competitive analysis skills to identify opportunities and threats.
  • You deeply understand user needs and can translate them into product requirements.
  • You can understand and communicate technical concepts and work effectively with engineering teams.
  • You've got excellent project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • You're a strong communicator and presenter, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • You can lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • You're a creative problem-solver who can overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
