The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can motivate a team, resolve challenges, and consistently deliver strong results while maintaining brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff leadershipManage scheduling, staff rotations, and operational planningMonitor and drive sales performance to achieve KPIs and targetsCoach, mentor, and support team members to improve performanceMaintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standardsResolve customer queries while ensuring exceptional service deliveryFoster a positive, motivated, and accountable team cultureAbout YouMinimum 3 years of retail supervisory or management experienceMatric certificate required; additional retail/management qualifications advantageousStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage teamsConfident in handling staff performance management and conflict resolutionGoal-driven with the ability to monitor and achieve KPIsDetail-focused, reliable, and resilient under pressureFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5 working days per week with 1 guaranteed weekend off per month)
