- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, content, paid media, SEO, and partner channels
- Own product messaging and positioning, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms
- Develop and launch targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline
- Lead the creation of compelling content, including blogs, case studies, email marketing, and landing pages
- Optimise the full marketing funnel using tools such as HubSpot (or similar), tracking key performance metrics like CAC, LTV, MQLs, and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and drive engagement
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clear KPIs and professional development plans
- Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in demand generation, product marketing, and team management
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven messaging
- Analytical, data-driven approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement
