services directly to consumers, and of answering requests for information from customers; at the
service of the customer. Before the sale, to advise; during the sale, to explain the terms; or after the
sale, in the event of claims, returns or after sales services. The incumbent may also prepare
merchandise and help in setting up displays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGreeting customers

Processing returns and exchanges
Handling customer complains
Responsible for processing cash and card payments
Building customer loyalty
Building customer data base
Maintain close relationships with clients
Drive and deliver personal sales and KPI targets
Maintain “Service and Standards” at all times by adhering to all policies
Provide a luxury experience
Support and lead by example at in-store events
Preparing merchandise for sale
Assisting in the display of merchandise
Be involved in stock control and management
Balance cash register
Keep store clean and tidyAttaching price tags to merchandiseResponsible for security within store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit
cards etc.
