- Identifying sales opportunities: Develop personal networks, represent the company at trade shows, and deliver compelling customer solutions.
- Strategic account planning: Implement relationship management plans and ensure alignment with client needs and organisational goals.
- Championing customer experience: Act as a voice of the customer internally, ensuring continuous service improvement.
- CRM and data management: Ensure high-quality and up-to-date customer data to support growth and retention.
- Sales presentations & negotiations: Tailor solutions and value propositions to client needs and negotiate effectively.
- Has 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within the municipal environment.
- Understands how municipalities operate — this is essential.
- Brings strong account management and business development skills.

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalentExperience
The incumbent must have at least five (5) years sales experience in municipal environment.
Knowledge of how a municipality operates is a definite requirement.
Managerial experience - Advantageous.
