Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Work Order Coordination
  • Assign and manage work orders promptly to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor outstanding work orders and follow up to ensure completion and closure.
  • Confirm supplier completion of work and facilitate accurate work order closure.
Supplier & Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding task progress, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensure suppliers receive and acknowledge work orders for action.
System & Invoice Support
  • Load and manage quotations and invoices related to maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable and General Accounts to support accurate financial processing.
  • Assist stores with the Infraspeak system, including closing completed work orders.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in technical and administrative software.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Diploma or advanced Certificates in supply chain management/QSR/Retail experience+
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar maintenance coordination or facilities management
