A Fast-growing Franchise company is looking for a Debtors clerkbased in Pietermaritzburg,To Maintain all customer records and movement on IQ Retail /Pastel accounting system.Keep customer records updated on a daily basis.Accept all incoming calls from clients and attend toqueries.Phoning clients regarding payments and outstanding accounts.Reconciliation of accounts.Responding to client queries.Other admin function in debtors.Manage customers and debtors.Manage customer complaints and queries daily.Manage and produce monthly customer invoices and statements.Daily follow ups on overdue debtors’ balances.Provide monthly updates on debtor’s balances.Minimum grade 12 qualification is required for this position.3 - 5 years of experience in debtors and debt collection.Pastel accounting experience is essential. IQ Retailexperience will be an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple debtors accounts.Ability to work without supervision.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively.Computer skills, including the ability to use computerizedaccounting and spreadsheet.Time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage difficultconversations with debtors.Own vehicle will be advantageousPunctual and professional person with sober Habits.Ability to start immediately.Market related Salary Please send CV to admin@thesoftgroup.co.za
