Ensuring efficient extraction of materials while maintaining productivity and cost control
Enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect workers and the surrounding environment.
Managing and coordinating quarry staff, including operators, engineers, and administrative personnel.
Overseeing the maintenance and operation of machinery and ensuring proper functionality.
Scheduling and optimizing production to meet business and customer demands.
Managing financial aspects, including budgets, expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensuring materials extracted meet required standards and specifications.
Liaising with government agencies and ensuring adherence to legal and environmental regulations.
Working with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Advantageous)
Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous)
3-5 years of experience in quarry operations
Experience in excavation and material processing.
Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting.
