Based in Randburg, Gauteng, Maintenance Technique Africa is Internantional company specialising in developing and manufacturing improvement parts for underground drill rigs while also providing training and technical support to mines accross Africa.Due to business growth, there is an immediate requirement for an experienced Accounts and parts manager to join our teamYou will manage the day to day parts and accounts operation of the business while maintaining an efficient business model and maintaining the relationships with our strategic partners, customers and suppliers

NQF Level 5-7 in Accounting or similar (Required)
Metric Grade 12 (Required)
Proven Leadership skills
Experience in negotiation and building relationships with suppliers
Computer skills and reporting experience. Proficiency in Excel is a requirement.
Dedication to the details, from budget management to locating inefficiencies
A demonstrated comitment to OH&S compliance
A clear understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to liaise with manufacturers
Ensuring all supplier and customer accounts are up to date
Experience in forward planning and logistics, both local and international
Stock management, ability to forecast and manage stock levels as the business grows.
Provide internal training to junior staff and new recruits
Experience in the mining industry or similar
Ability to work with in a team environment
Proactive self starters only
Reside within the Randburg area
