The job functions involve managing the MBV IT voice infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience on managing voice and network services. The candidate will be required to take responsibility for configuration and availability of the full production voice infrastructure stack. MBVIT uses the 3CX hosted platform so knowledge of this product is essential.
Job Requirements
â¢In Depth Knowledge of 3CX Platform
â¢Create and maintain detailed design diagrams and technical documentation of enterprise voice networks

â¢Voice / Telephony Network Infrastructure
â¢Experience of traditional and hosted PBX Systems especially 3CX
â¢Unified Communications and Collaboration (MS Teams beneficial)
â¢Low-Level Voice Network Infrastructure Design
â¢Understanding of Data Networks and Network Security
â¢Previous experience working as a VoIP Network Engineer.
â¢In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.

Experience
â¢A minimum of 5 + yearsâ experience in designing, deploying, installing, configuring and troubleshooting complex solutions and Traditional PBX systems or Hosted IP Telephony Systems
Educational Qualifications
â¢IT Diploma or Degree or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
â¢Network and Voice related Certifications
