- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on diesel-powered equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt adjustments
- Troubleshoot and repair complex engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: negotiable
