The purpose of this role is to provide a service for our Customer Distribution Centres and achieve organisational and Customer objectives through efficient communication and coordination.Key Performance Areas includes but are not limited to:
  • Achievement of Business Unit Sales Targets
  • Monitor stock levels in DC and of NDP
  • Check quality continuously
  • Respond to poor quality and or damages
  • Check quantities of promotional stock required, stock availability and provide timeous feedback to ensure availability
  • Check quantities of NPD stock required for promotions and sampling campaigns
  • Check and ensure inter branching of stock has been communicated and inform relevant parties
  • Check expiry dates on stock and ensure that the process of stock rotation is taking place
Experience:
  • Two to three years’ experience as a DC Coordinator in an FMCG and or Retail environment
  • Valid drivers’ licence
Qualifications:
  • Completed Grade 12
  • Business related qualification an advantage
