-POSITION INFO:Who are we: A rapidly expanding global education group managing over 100 websites for schools worldwide.Who are we looking for: CRM MANAGERAs CRM Manager, you'll take the lead on building, managing and optimising campaigns within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. You'll be both technical and strategic - working with internal teams and agencies to improve customer journeys, increase engagement and support school enrolments globally.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can think analytically, deliver robust multistage automations and drive real impact across a complex digital landscape.What will you do:Build and manage automated email campaigns across the full customer journey using Dynamics 365Drive CRM performance across the funnel - from lead generation to conversion and retentionCollaborate with marketing, enrolments and digital teams to align CRM with business goalsEnsure data accuracy, GDPR compliance and preference managementProvide actionable insights through reporting and dashboards (Power BI)Manage CRM content strategy to ensure clear, engaging and consistent messagingSupport and coach internal stakeholders on CRM best practice and campaign executionWhat will you need:Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, ideally in Dynamics 365 MarketingStrong knowledge of multistage email automation and CRM strategyUnderstanding of customer data platforms, relational databases and reporting tools (Power BI)Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practicesConfident working with third-party agencies and multiple internal stakeholdersBonus: knowledge of OpenApply, iSAMS, or API/data integrations
