As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met- Train and supervise accounting staff, as needed- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulationsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- CPA or other relevant certification preferred- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or related field- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWe offer a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
