- Ensure data quality and integrity in all given tasks and responsibilities.
- Collect, merge and consolidate recruitment-data from applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, Sharepoint, email and other sources.
- Utilize Excel and Power Query to clean, filter, standardize data by removing irrelevant information, duplicates, addressing missing data, and applying consistent formats.
- Add and update recruitment database ensuring data accuracy.
- Import data from multiple systems and sources the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Develop a recruitment metric dashboard to facilitate presentation of recruitment performance.
- Extensive proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, SharePoint, and analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power Query (for data integration and transformation), and Power BI (for data visualization).
- Proven experience and a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Demonstrated data coordination skills, ideally within recruitment or HR environments.
- Strong diligence and commitment to quality work, particularly in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Track record of meeting KPIs and being accountable for deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage previous experience to develop practical and effective solutions.
