- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, activate, and optimize campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and retail platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Amazon, etc.).
- Oversee campaign builds, pacing, troubleshooting, and budget delivery.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track performance, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, SA360, SKAI, etc.) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Client & Team Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support client relationships with insights and operational excellence.
- 1+ year of experience in at least one Paid Media discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media).
- Hands-on platform knowledge: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, Amazon Ad Console/DSP, or equivalent DSPs (The Trade Desk, Criteo, StackAdapt).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
