With operations that span rugged terrain and complex financial landscapes, they’re looking for a Financial Manager who’s not afraid to get their hands metaphorically dirty. If you're sharp, strategic, and can handle high stakes without flinching, then you’ll fit right in.Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across mining operations
Drive cost control, capital expenditure monitoring, and cash flow management
Provide strategic input to senior leadership and operational teams
Manage audits, risk assessments, and internal controls
Lead and mentor finance staff to ensure high performance and professional developmentExperience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA)
10 years post-articles experience in the mining/manufacturing industry
Operational experience
MUST be able to speak Afrikaans
Cost control culture
Negotiate with suppliers
Must be able to connect with finance with operations
