Our Client in the Petroleum/OIl/Gas Industry is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer with either Petroleum or Bulk Liquid experiencePOSITION INFO:Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlanning, design, construction, and commissioning of multi-disciplinary petrochemical projects from inception to completion. 2. Ensures projects are completed within the time and cost limit as well as to the agreed specifications. 3. Compiling P&IDs, HAZOP/MOC studies, budgets & schedules for capital expenditure projects. 4. Managing design, draughting and in-house fabrication of piping, pressure equipment, structures, heat exchangers, distillation columns & vessels. 5. Management of local & international contractors and suppliers. 6. Drafting of RFQ’s, BOQ, review of variation orders, contract adjudications & contract administration (NEC, JBCC).Desired Experience & QualificationEssential: South African citizenQualifications: Essential: 1. B.Sc. . 2. Project Management Diploma Experience:Essential: Over 10 years of engineering experience, in the petroleum/gas/oil or liquid bulk tank industry, of which 5 years was in a project management role. Preferable: OHS Act, ASME B31 (Piping). SANS 347, SANS 10089-1 & ASME VIII standards.
