- Experience with LARGE DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION (non-negotiable)
- Able to work on different projects in SA
- Strong leadership evidence
- +-5 years of construction/project management experience
- Experience with complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Expertise in client management, risk mitigation, and large-scale budgeting
- Expertise in areas like electrical and mechanical systems, project management, critical infrastructure design, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with complex large-scale projects
- Able to read technical documents, and possess skills in areas such as value engineering, controls, and commissioning
