Job Summary Purpose of the job:The purpose of the cleaner is to undertake, individually or as part of a team, the cleaning of a designated area and ensure it is kept in a clean and in hygienic condition. Assuming the responsibility for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance around the office.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Office cleaning:

Clean workspaces, common areas, and offices.
Sweep, mop and buff hardwood floors as needed.
Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture.
Dust and polish office surfaces.
Empty trash bins.
Keep track of the cleaning schedule.
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure dishes are washed regularly.

Stock taking:

Create a stock list and send it to the office administrator for purchasing.
Packaging of stock as and when received.

Refreshments:

Prepare refreshments for visitors and/or managing director.
Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Hardworking

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

Matric
Minimum of 1 years’ experience as cleaner

Please Note: This position requires the successful candidate to work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
