- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property; • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them; • Intermediate negotiation processes; • Perform comparative market analysis to establish property values; • Display and market real property to possible buyers; • Prepare Offer to purchase agreements and mandates, • Maintain and update listings of available properties; • Maintain relationships with attorneys and mortgage originators.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Completion of a NQF4 Certificate in Real Estate; • Completion of the Professional Designation Examination (PDE), conducted by the EAAB; • Proven working experience as a real estate agent.
- Proven real estate success; • Valid Real estate agent Fidelity Fund Certificate.
