Job Summary Are you passionate about ERP solutions and bridging the gap between business and technology? We’re seeking a Mid-Level Odoo Application Consultant to drive smooth end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. ✅ Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years’ experience as an Odoo Consultant or in ERP implementation roles
  • Odoo functional certifications (advantageous)
✅ Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Case Management, Workflow, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing)
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specs, and deliver ERP solutions
  • Ability to configure workflows, approval routes, and module parameters
  • Solid understanding of business processes across one or more industries
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advantageous:
  • Experience with Odoo Studio or low-code configuration tools
  • Basic knowledge of XML or Python
  • Familiarity with South African VAT, payroll, or regulatory requirements
✅ Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and Odoo configurations
  • Configure both standard and custom Odoo modules
  • Customize workflows, approval chains, and business rules
  • Support data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Deliver user training, manuals, and post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with developers on customizations and validation
  • Stay updated on Odoo enhancements and best practices
